For Just the Right Reasons
This is the fun one. We're doing it to make money, right? I mean, we'd be lying if we said anything else. But there are a lot of things we could do to make money, a lot of things that would take less effort. So why this?
Well, we both have food allergies and we all know many chefs' pet peeves are people with "allergies." It makes going out and enjoying a meal tricky.
We also care about our common home: this Earth. And all the creatures on it, with legs and without. So we grow our own ingredients (nowhere near everything we need) in ways we feel good about. We prepare those ingredients into food that is delicious and secretly good for you.
We want to expand this vision to grow more food and serve more delicious meals. Because this world is on fire. And it could use more people doing plain old good work.
